I wouldn't be surprised if the murder charge is upped to capital murder for the trigger thug after the investigation is complete. Captial Murder faces a possible death sentence, life without parole, or life with the possibility of parole.

I wonder if you added their IQ together, would it hit double digits?

I bet my dog is brighter than the guy on the top left

Hopefully MAGA will be coming soon so he can at least restore some semblance of accountability in the system

Yeah, I'd be shocked if any of those four have an IQ that cracks 90.

Most criminals aren't incarcerated for their entire sentence. It's difficult to say their actual time served, but murderers frequently served only 50-60% of their sentence. It isn't uncommon for a murderer to get out of prison in 7-10 years.

I don't know about MS, but in LA, 2nd degree murder is life without parole. 1st degree is death penalty or life without parole.

Well that makes me feel much better. I mean I'm only really scared of the triggerman. The other three I'm looking to invite over for dinner...

And that is the one who was the one who shot the victim.

"20-year old Jaylen M. Barker has been charged with Murder with a bond of $1,000,000. 22-year old Jamario Pippins, 16-year old Tyler Harris, and 19-year old Brandon Sherrod were charged with Murder, as an accessory, each with a bond of $500,000. " LINK

Starkville/Oktibbeha County DA is as liberal as they come. He will do the minimum that he can to fight this.
