The MS Delta has their share of speed traps in those little towns. I got pulled over for speeding and the cop didn't have a ticket book with him. He radio somebody and they brought him some tickets just for me.

Somebody told me once if you paid the ticket by mail and paid like a $1.00 too much they would have to send you a check for the extra dollar. If you didn't cash the check the ticket would never show up on your record. I sent that little podunk delta town and extra $1.00 and they sent me a receipt with the extra $1.00 going to some made up fund

I have spent some time in Tchoula for work and can tell you that it is a damn rough little town. I hope this guy is for real, as Tchoula could really use someone like him. If he is for real, I doubt he lasts very long there, though.

It is the delta. Have you ever been there? If so you would understand why the Blues music was invented here

Good god...this screams Mississippi (or West Virginia).

What a joke.

I like the Training Day quote. I hope he realizes Denzel was the bad guy though.

A new double-wide? Isn't his town the home of Fleetwood Mobile Homes, the finest MH in America.

Wish he would move to Jackson and clean it up.

The whole delta is rough. Greenwood used to have some really decent neighborhoods in it, though, when I was in college at Delta State. I spoke to a buddy of mine not too long ago who grew up in Gwood and he said it's gone downhill with a quickness.

Oh, and Tchula has a population of about twelve. Most people who happen to go through there on their way to Yazoo City don't even know they passed it. Used to be nothing but a big ole grain elevator and some trailers. Very depressing, the Delta. I have to say that I don't miss it one bit.

Not to be a stickler, but he means "inalienable rights," alienable rights wouldn't make sense in this context. E-badass needs to take an English or history class.

just looked up Tchula, main street is MLK, in a ton of 2,300.
Median income of $11k a year. Hell I think if you don't work and get Welfare you make $12k, that's a really low median income.
