“Investigators believe Vindel was shot while sitting in his SUV at the apartment complex some time between 11 a.m. and noon. The Sheriff's Office didn't receive any calls for service reporting gunfire in the area around that time, according to Lopinto”

He's got a previous carjacking on his record and the Orleans DA refused the charge. This mans blood is 100% on the hands of the previous DA.
ETA: JPSO confirmed its a 20 year old suspect so this is almost assuredly the same guy.

I can't imagine going to meet a young black guy at his apartment to sell a dirtbike. Mr. V was probably trying to not be a racist POS and gave Mr. Harvey the benefit of the doubt. Sad the dindu couldn't go through with an honest transaction.
