He really was. He knew my mom from seeing each other around town and just a few months ago offered to take her to eat at the casino for her birthday

I foresee the death penalty for murdering a senior citizen. Special circumstances for robbery and murder, and him being a senior citizen. So sad.

This is terrible. Sorry for your loss and I hope the scum goes to the gas chamber. I would imagine as someone else posted, in the event the a-hole male crackhead is the one who did the deed, they'll get that woman to flip fairly easily and she'll be spared the death penalty and spend a long, long time in prison.
