Yeah, he's not very bright. He had the perfect excuse to be driving around at that hour had he thought about it.

The fact that the Mother and Father have hired a lawyer and not cooperating with police tells you all you need to know

That and not mentioning they drove off for an hour. That is a pretty critical piece of information they did not tell police.

Claiming to have waited until daylight to search is so far outside normal parental behavior that I'm confident on that fact alone.

Not sure why anyone feels the need to try and be funny at the expense of the likely death of a 3 year old.

Eh. I'd consider having counsel present when interacting with the police in a situation like this. Even if I was 100% innocent.

The father was charged with a crime and had to post bail, so getting a lawyer is not exactly far fetched and I'm sure the lawyer told them both to shut up.

Do they know exactly who took the car out for an hour during those early morning hours? I thought mom was asleep when all of this happened.

Yeah, he's not very bright. He had the perfect excuse to be driving around at that hour had he thought about it.

He was probably thinking if he admitted to driving around, the cops would want him to give detailed info on where he went. He was worried they'd find the body if he told them where he went or might catch him in a lie.

OTOH, he probably really did do laundry so he wouldn't have to lie about that. Gotta wash off the evidence.

If she was only 22 pounds, he could have stuffed her in one of those vacuum bags that sucks all the air out, then another, then another. That'll stop the smell. Then package her up in a small container filled with concrete and drive over to Lake Ray Hubbard and drop her in the water.

Wait wait wait, the same one that was posted a couple of weeks ago where she was in trouble for not drinking her milk or something and had disabilities and he put her outside by a tree at 3am?

Same dude did that, got his daughter back, then a couple of weeks later this happened?

There are many items from this story that tell you all you need to know.

Not speaking with police before you seek a lawyer is absolutely NOT one of them. That is very smart.

In their culture, I believe the woman isn't allowed to speak much or say her mind. If the police can get her to say something, maybe they can get some more evidence. Either she was drugged or won't say what she knows. Apparently she has her own lawyer.

Was just wondering where could go to dispose of a body and get there & back within an hour without taking a toll road/having car recorded.
