Do you have a link to the original audio? My wife is playing catch up to the story and was watching someone on Nancy Grace last night (I told her she's not the most objective of sources) and had a guest on about the boat audio where the kids were talking about Nathan being dead. My wife was claiming this was new information, but I knew this had been discussed a while back.
There are no updates on this front, right?
The audio was also falsified.
The timeline shows that Wells was still on the island while that call was made from the boat, and Wells own mother has stated this.
Nancy Grace is about to get herself sued again. Nolan Wells friends who have been falsely accused just hired the same defamation attorney thats represented Donald Trump multiple times.

Thank you for the spelling lesson. Fat fingers and I think you got what I meant. Guess we know where the downvote came from.

Relevant, not reverent.
Punctuation matters.

No. The autopsy has been completed as well as given to the GJ
With the autopsy being complete, was toxicology complete too and stated anywhere? It's such a cluster to try to keep up online, so I'm not sure if I missed it.

No details of the autopsy, including toxicology, have been released

The Mississippi Board of Nursing has launched a professional misconduct investigation against Christine Wells Wonsley, the mother of Nolan Wells, following an anonymous complaint.
Wonsley’s attorney, nationally renowned civil rights and personal injury lawyer Ben Crump, released a statement Wednesday condemning the investigation as a “warning shot” meant to pressure and silence a grieving mother.
“This is a warning shot at a grieving mother, meant to pressure and scare her into staying quiet,” Crump said in a statement. “It is a distraction, it is intimidation, and we will not let it stand. Christine had part of her identity stolen from her the day Nolan died. Now, someone is trying to take another piece of it. This cruelty knows no bounds.”

Well, she seems to like throwing out baseless accusations against other people. I guess it’s not so fun when it comes back in your direction.

that dude is such a shite stirring bitch. "this is a warning shot for her to stay quiet" Where was he when all of his Ilk were making baseless complaint against the coroner? Or those kids schools? or the state for the mother with zero evidence???? now a supposed ethics complaint (which may be true) is a warning shot. I hope these people sue him into 1935

Maybe the complaint is that she treats her patients who don’t share her skin color with disdain. That’s clearly something she focuses on a great deal.

According to Attorney J. Tyler Cox, lawyer for three Mississippi boys wrongly and relentlessly targeted in connection with the death of Nolan Wells, he has tapped one of the nation's most accomplished defamation attorneys:
Edward Andrew Paltzik.
This is NOT just another attorney.
Paltzik has represented President Donald
J. Trump in multiple nationally watched defamation and media matters, including litigation against CBS/Paramount, The New York Times, and the BBC.
He has built a national reputation handling complex, high-profile litigation involving defamation and media law, the First Amendment, the Second Amendment, white-collar criminal defense, constitutional litigation, and other high-stakes matters.
Paltzik is one of the nation's leading practitioners in Defamation and Media Law. He also teaches White Collar Crime at Saint Thomas University College of Law. and has pioneered the emerging practice area of combatting Al-related abuse and defamation.
quote:
Paltzik also served as lead trial counsel in the landmark "Buck Foston's" First Amendment case in New Jersey federal court, which resulted in a $1.535 million jury verdict. Paltzik, along with Cox as local counsel, will NOW be holding accountable those who have relentlessly targeted, slandered, and defamed these young men, when they should have just been allowed to grieve their dear friend in peace. Starting today, those who traffic in vicious lies about these completely innocent and decent young men are on notice that this behavior will no longer be tolerated.
quote:
When asked about his decision to engage Paltzik, Cox replied: "We Ball." As you can imagine, an attorney of Edward Andrew Paltzik's caliber does not come cheap! If you believe these fine young men deserve the resources to defend themselves in court, please donate to their legal fund.
quote:
In my opinion, it's time for those who fuel the public narrative against these innocent young men to answer for their actions through the legal system. That's what the courts are for, and these families now have one of the country's leading defamation attorneys in their corner. America is standing UP!

I can't imagine an attorney actually saying this with a straight face.

The law firm is in Pascagoula. That speaks volumes.

Can someone give me a cliffs on this. Is the allegation that the kids murdered their friend because they suddenly realized he was black? Is the allegation that he got left behind on purpose to drown when the tide came in? Did they murder him and dump him?
What do the accused say happened? Why didnt the kid who drowned ride home with them from the island? Do any sane people think there was foul play or is this just Crump contrived nonsense?

quote:kids went partying for the 4th on a island that’s known to be a social scene during the summer. Black kid went missing, and mom posted photos of him online from that day. Included in those pics were his white friends and the internet immediately assumed since his friends were white that they killed him.
Can someone give me a cliffs on this.
quote:it’s been stated that the kids left early because the boat was taking on water and they needed to get back to avoid it sinking, the victim was offered to ride back with the original group but wanted to stay behind to party and chase tail.

quote:in the beginning could there have been a possibility of foul play? Maybe but the facts and evidence prove the accused kids from photos were not on the island when the victim passed. Common sense logic and experience out on the water shows that drowning from excessive alcohol consumption, along with heat fatigue and strong rips currents are more likely than a whole town all on the same page of covering up a kkk ritual sacrifice that the black online community is trying to make it out to be.

Good summary. Few things I'll add are:
- Nolan's body was in the Gulf for about 40 hours.
- I think Officer Tatum has stated that Nolan was doing cocaine on Horn Island. Have not heard what's become of this.
- Two autopsies were done. One, the official MS state autopsy and one done in DC paid for by Kaepernick. The results of the official one will not be released until they're first presented to a grand jury (along with the toxicology report). The results of the second were talked by Crump last week (?). Nothing conclusive.
- The men Nolan rode out with (but no back with - see in Jim Hooper's 2nd paragraph above) have had their stories all corroborated by 3rd party records.

Do they still run people out of town on a rail? These people need to find some seats because that’s what’s going to happen to them.

I think what was said is that he had heard someone was out there distributing it and he had a name and was going to pass that name onto police.
He wouldn't know if Nolan had snorted since toxicology results haven't been released and there's no video of this.
