I normally only watch Tatum when there's some legal stuff going on.
I think he's part owner of a distillery or at least a brand. Verdict or something like that.

Going to be interesting to see how he spins this into a murder. I’m sure it will be something like :
“Yes, all indications are that he drowned. HOWEVER, our independent autopsy revealed facts that he was possibly held down and that it was not accidental. I can not get into specific details as there will be court proceedings that come from this”
He will leave it open ended to keep milking that cow and the internet will go insane. Then, when the sheriff releases their autopsy as accidental drowning it will blow up again as they will call it a cover up.

That's a completely different set of facts. Businesses get sued all the time when there are DWI related deaths. That's not what happened here.
And, while of course anyone can sue for anything, this was a huge social function with hundreds of people. Unless Nolan bought the alcohol himself illegally, it will be difficult to prove what alcohol he drank, who gave it to him, etc.
It's like a tailgate scene. People are walking around getting drinks from everywhere.

Not watching whatever press conference they're putting on, but the fact that Sharpton and others are still trumpeting this completely false "he was murdered" or "there's something more here" lie is totally irresponsible and should be a jailable offense. I hope the kids involved sue the shite out of all the grifters and bankrupt them.
