My blood pressure get too high on this one but let me say this:
Nobody at the school or coaching stiff really ever saw his mom. He usually stayed with his grandparents. She is a total POS money grubbing bitch, in my opinion.
There were other black kids on that trip that came home fine
Multiple witnesses saw him on Horn Island alive after his friends left, yet 1000s of idiots called him murders etc. Still do.
They will all in the process of being sued.
His team has known since day one there was no racism involved in this and lied about everything and will soon be served with a lawsuit.
They have done this same shite many times before and Sharpton is still paying off a multiple million dollar suit for slandering another guy on the East Coast

The college guy who drowned in Nashville didn’t have water in his lungs as well. Some kind of spasm can sometimes occur that closes up airway.
If the parents had any evidence of a crime committed other than by the parents or their kid they would have turned over that phone as evidenced. Instead the went independent and renegade on allowing someone form DA and FBI to be present when their independent guy went over the phone.
They just want to continue stirring up shite and letting trash think the white people killed another black.

I don’t have Snapchat. For those who do - Is there a common sense explanation for why or how the messages were “deleted?” I don’t doubt that Crump is contorting the truth for gain here.
If you are in a group chat, you can choose to retract a message and delete it from the chat thread. Or as previously mentioned, you can set your messages to expire after 24 hours.

Also, the majority of people were under the impression it was like 4 white dudes and a black dude alone on a deserted island.
Nolan had not lived with Christine in a few years. There's some question as to if she even knew he was in town. He supposedly hadn't spoken to her in days and had been staying at friends. Her social media (she wanted to be a TikTOk influencer) and her going to New Orleans for the 4th before the trip got cancelled last minute.

I had to do some research to find out that you can drown without water entering your lungs. Apparently it's not an uncommon thing.
The unfortunate thing is that fact being apart of the autopsy will be the fuel to this never being over. People who refuse to do the 2 minutes of research will harp on that as proof that be didn't drown.

Someone has to know the reason he lived with his grandparents. If wonsley is his fence her why is his last name Wells?
Answer those two questions and the grieving/grifting mother facade will be broken. There’s a reason none of his buds never went to his mothers house.

Ethanol of .270 is very high. A lot of those patients are barely conscious, especially if they aren’t getting this drunk on a regular basis. Add weed and possibly cocaine to the mix and you’ve got an unpredictable cocktail.

Pretty sure Elmore is not his biological Dad. Nolan is named for his maternal grandfather and kept his name.
Christine just comes off as a bit of a weirdo and Elmore is just slow.
Something she said in an interview with I think Don Lemon right after the grand jury report and autopsy had been released creeped me out. Paraphrasing she said, "I always taught my children that their body is their BRAND and they should be careful what they do to it. He would never drink alcohol." Who teaches their kids their body is a brand? Not a temple. A brand.

Don't forget the effects of the heat and sun compounding that.

Even with the addition of decomposition ethanol, he was probably at least a .2. At 18 years, old he was sloppy and feeling fine.
I mean his buddy Traystin was drunk enough to try to fight the beach and his uncle had to make him get on the boat and they left. You listen to that sea tow call and all the boys were shithoused.

The race baiters pumped up the race narrative so much there was always going to be let down when his white friends were cleared of wrongdoing. They always do this shite and gullible people fall for it

I thought the reports ruled out cocaine?

And if he took a few steps off the west end of that island to wade out and piss, he dropped straight down without warning. There’s a shelf there with an insane current.

She also said he never would have left his phone on the boat. GPS evidence proves he did, and aerial photos explain why (the boat docked 100 yards off the island and they swam in).

They did.
The confirmation test for CBD was also negative. But even that could be from a legal CBD product.

Agree 100%. That why she didn’t know any of his friends.

From Today alone:
The bomb threats received in Jackson County today are what happens when you push lies and half-truths repetitively to create a false narrative. I can almost guarantee that these calls came from out of state and that the FBI will find the callers.
I stood up for those guys earlier today and said they deserved an apology for everything, but then people started calling me heartless and a liar. They even accused me of being in the KKK and threatened to lynch me, so I screenshotted the threats and reminded them that others have already been arrested for doing the same thing. Things have just gotten completely out of hand.

And on reference to the phone:
When you listen to an expert, what is not said is as important as what is said. Here are 5 things not said.
1: Mr. Garrett said Nolan locked his phone last at 2:18 PM. He DID NOT say anyone unlocked Nolan’s phone from that time until when his parents received it. He would have if there was proof of it.
2: Mr. Garrett claimed Snapchat data was deleted off of Nolan’s phone. He DID NOT say what was deleted, exactly when it was deleted, who deleted it, or how they deleted it. Point 1 would certainly suggest not through the use of Nolan’s device, itself (if at all). My appreciation is that someone who sends a “Snap” can manually retract it for both parties (and that this is commonplace/not remotely nefarious).
3: Mr. Garrett said there were messages coming into Nolan’s phone at the time the Triton boat was experiencing a bilge pump issue. He DID NOT say Nolan was on the boat at the time. (No one has ever denied that Nolan’s phone was on the Triton at the time of the Sea Tow call from the Triton. It was left there with several other phones according to witnesses.)
4: Mr. Garrett said Nolan’s phone continued receiving group messages after the friends departed and after Mr. Wells’ died. He DID NOT say any of these messages were incriminating. You can guaran-DAMN-tee that if there was anything, they would have pointed it out.
5: Mr. Garrett said he was not invited to give grand jury testimony. He DID NOT mention that the legal team that hired him was invited to submit witnesses. That same legal team said they didn’t have any germane to the criminal investigation according to letters produced by the DA and the grand jury’s own report.
If you listened very closely, there was nothing introduced today probative to the investigation. The grand jury had the information Mr. Garrett sent to the District Attorney. They still say there was “no credible evidence” of a crime. Not “insufficient.” “No credible evidence.”
Mr. Crump is stalling and feeding the conspiracy monsters. Nothing more. It’s very dangerous if he’s allowing people to believe one or more of Nolan’s friends that have already been dragged through the mud, without a shred of evidence, got into his phone. Threatening calls started back today.
