Agreed, but I doubt he’s admitted to practice in Mississippi. He should have been disbarred in Florida for the civil action against the home owners association in the Trayvon Martin case and his subornation of perjury, but the Florida Bar Association was too chickenshit to do what was right. Another reason why we have so many stupid, crappy, money grabbing, a-hole attorneys practicing today. It actually is not inherent in the profession (although you may always piss someone off on the opposite side in litigation), but people like Crump and the average ambulance chaser give the rest of us who’ve dedicated our lives to the profession to provide a service to people and to uphold justice an undeserved bad rap. Signed, a barrister.

Park said there was no fluid or debris in his airways, his GI tract was “unremarkable,” and his stomach was empty.
“What this means is that there’s no water in the stomach. There’s no water in the lungs. There’s no water in the throat,” Park said.

A. Ethanol 270 mg/dL
Medical experts: Does decomposition create additional ethanol in the body? Or would the ethanol here only be from drinking?
Because if that 270 mg/dL is just from drinking, I believe that converts to a .27 blood alcohol level....which would mean he was almost 3.5x the legal limit

Not a medical expert, but I took a chemistry class once. I don't think there are any decomposition processes that create ethanol.

Crump and the other grifters reopening the can of worms today to keep the donations flowing in

A Jackson County grand jury has unanimously returned a “no true bill” in the death investigation of Nolan Xavier Wells, meaning no one will be indicted based on the evidence presented.
It's a cover-up, I can feel in my soul!

Its interesting to me that they supposedly found evidence of deleted snaps, yet due to them never turning the phone over to investigators, these findings were not included in the Grand Jury. Youd think that Crump and the family would have wanted those findings to be presented to gj. Yet...

No way a person can just drown! He was an elite swimmer! Just let the boy rest in peace.

"Just let the boy rest in peace"
They must attach a white person to this at any and all cost

I think it can. I read some articles mentioning when it happens (doesn’t always) levels can be anywhere from 25mg/dl to 70mg/dl. Depending on condition of the dead body they can compare BAC to urine alcohol concentration and/or to vitreous humour alcohol concentration to look for differences. Like if zero in urine then BAC levels likely were produced post mortem.

He would have to be a hell of a swimmer to deal with likely undertows while being slap arse drunk at the same time. Apparently none of that phased this young king.

I don’t have Snapchat. For those who do - Is there a common sense explanation for why or how the messages were “deleted?” I don’t doubt that Crump is contorting the truth for gain here.

I think snapchat auto deletes messages after 24 hours
Posted on 9/24/26 at 6:58 pm to REG861
The whole point of Snapchat is the messages disappear after being read.

That would certainly be a relevant detail.

.27 BAC/BAL (which can be higher as body decompses. How much higher, I don't know.)
AND
THC in system.

at most .05 but probably less than that after only 48 hours. made me curious too so I asked Grok.
even at .23, Nolan was shot to the curb.

I tried to have the Mississippi Bar open an investigation into him, but they said since he isn’t licensed in Mississippi they can’t do anything. My response was isn’t he practicing law in Mississippi?
