Depends on what scotus looks like by the time it gets there.
But even if you're right, it will take way longer than it should to make its way to there, and in the meantime then crazy libs will use the distractions it creates to sneak in more craziness in laws and courts. These laws that appear over the top are often just red herrings. But it's no skin off their backs if it fails, and there's always the possibility the court goes wacko and they hit a home run.
We need consequences for laws that blatantly violate rights, but good luck ever getting that in place.

It will be satisfying to see this get tossed in the first case that makes it to the Supreme Court. It turns out that our founding founders thought about most of this shite, not transgenders necessarily, but having our speech controlled by government.
