Do doctors go to prison for malpractice?

I think they are trying to confuse the savages into submission, but maybe they should have used Latin.

Aside from her accountability in causing the early demise of Daunte Diamante, it just seems odd that it's okay to run but not okay to accidentally get shot and killed because of it. I bet if Daunte were here today he would say, if you leave your bike unlocked in your front yard, you expectin it to get taken. Aks Lebron and he'll say he's not surprised so what's the big deal? We should make it clear, if you run expect to get shot and killed. We might consider reaching for the taser but if it's a female cop with left-side/other left-side issues, don't count on it.

Then what are all the riots about?
Misdirected hostility and politically motivated actions carried out by a few organizers and a slew of ignorant morons looking to destroy shite to express their frustration of having a shitty life.
And also trying to get free shite.

This was all completely avoidable if he had chosen to live a n honest life.

Clearly the woman made a mistake. I guess the 585 shot in chiraq were all going for their taser too?

I’m not saying that nothing should happen. Fire the officer (except she quit.) The department should pay the family. But criminal prosecution and prison for an honest mistake while attempting to perform her job properly?
Let’s jail people for giving you fries instead of tater tots, or for sending a fax to the wrong department. I get that some jobs are riskier than others, and that’s why a lot of professions require licensure (so it can be revoked if needed) and insurance to pay for mistakes.
But if we start imprisoning people for mistakes at work, why take the risk of working? Especially in a high risk job. We can all just vote for universal basic income and work as baristas part time, and be safe. Nobody is perfect and everyone has made errors. Most of us are just lucky nobody has died from ours.
ETA i’d be interested to know people’s opinions based on their job. I wonder if people who work high-risk jobs (cops, military, medical, maybe people who design bridges and such) would be more or less likely to be for jail time.
