The photo is pretty compelling. The officer has his hand in his pocket and is putting all his weight on his knee, which is on the guy's neck. Doesn't seem very smart for someone with so much authority and discretion.

But that doesn’t change the fact the cops had his knee on the guys neck for several minutes with the guy not moving. Cop was 100% in the wrong for that and should be in jail.
The fact it’s all on video on the street in a major US city is a factor in us discussing it as well.

I watched the entire video. Doesn't matter what happened before the camera turned on, that dude said he couldn't breathe and the cop never took his knee off his neck and killed him right there in the street.

I don’t know if I would call it outright murder, but he should have pulled his knee of the guy’s neck once he was cuffed. The person restrained could breathe since he was talking, but the cop could have blood choked him. Either way, the autopsy will show it. The cop will likely lose his job and likely face a lawsuit. I doubt he ends up in prison. Does anyone know why the arrest was being made in the first place?
