That was hard to watch. Even though the drugs and fighting with the cops most likely had to do with his death, it still doesn’t sit right with me with how long he kneeled on his neck. If he was handcuffed then there is no need for him to continue to kneel on his neck. He could’ve easily controlled his head/neck area with his hand if he was handcuffed.
