Mind Control Towers popping up all over!

The CIA has been running experiments in mind control. This picture shows the towers they have been putting up all over the country. They work in tandem with Chemtrails to make you more susceptible to mind control.

Those are 4G cell phone towers. Each successive generation of cell phone and data network can handle more data with smaller towers, but it requires exponentially more towers. Since many municipalities (especially in California) don't want unsightly towers everywhere, they offer to disguise them however they like. They can make them look like trees, light poles, or even lifeguard shacks.
The next generation will require small enough towers to be fitted on light poles or possibly even garbage cans.
