No, it is mental health. Our generation is fricking mentally and emotionally weak.

You're about to get a bunch of upvotes from parents that installed tracking apps on their kids cell phone in order to monitor their daily habits all the way through college.

It's scary how many parents are doing this.

My mother was horrified just the other day because my aunt was watching my little cousin drive to school on her parental tracking app. She's a sophomore at LaTech. Unsurprisingly both of my cousins are on anxiety meds.

Nah. I'm referencing a thread from last week where a bunch of the usual suspects from the “kids are so coddled these days” camp were falling over themselves justifying why they have those apps installed on their kids phones.

Those didn’t exist for 80% of millennials who went through college.

Good.

Maybe they’ll die off before they destroy the country.

They're fatter, they smoke more and they exercise less than Gen-X, that's for GD sure.

one major thing from the vice article stuck out to me.
quote:

Compared to Gen-X, millennials between ages 30 and 39 are less likely to die from boring old things like heart disease and cancer, but are more likely to die from accidental overdose, suicide, and homicide.

millenials are less likely to die of the boring stuff like heart disease and cancer which claim waaaay more lives than OD/suicide/homicide. And its not even close.
Also dying of accidental OD, suicide or murder is not the picture of dying "sicker".
