Actually the report says physically millennials are healthier than X’ers at the same age. It’s just that our apparent mental and emotional health is so fricked up we still die sooner.

Also, since when are millennials considered to be 39 years old? I was born in 87 and I thought I was at beginning of time frame considered being a millennial.

1980 is a little bit of a stretch, but it’s always been early/early-mid 80s.
