Just like Golf Courses have a Pro that runs things, these agri-communities usually have a paid garden pro that makes sure work that needs to get done, gets done. Some of them have a Pro and other staff. So all the millennials have to do is show up when they want to say they "worked" in the garden. Truth is, its a lot of older people buying in these communities too and they are probably the ones doing most the work.

Many of these have hired help, much like a golf course and the homeowner pays it in dues. So you don't necessarily have to get out and pick the fruit. Master gardeners and help to run them. I've been to one in Atlanta and it is very nice. They are expansive, barns, raised beds, row crops, fruit tree orchards, green space, trails. Pretty good set up.
