I normally blast millennials, but good for them for cooking at home. We have a 20 year old son and a few mid teens and they all do tend to cook rather than go out.I cant speak for all millennials but mine do it mostly because they are broke and lazy.

Millennials would rather eat at chipotle or Panera than red lobsta or bww. It's better food at a lower price.

nothing cheap about either. chipotle just plain sucks.

I basically only eat out at places with >$25 entrees or pita pit, chipotle, etc.

I don't trust the cleanliness of those beer mugs at BWW. Don't even consider ordering food.

Oh. Darn.

I spent around a hundred at Londoner in BR for the champions league final this afternoon. Place was full to the brim.

My point? Places who serve good food and beer with quality service will survive. And prosper.

So we're "blaming" millennials for eating healthier, tastier and cheaper food than the traditional middle class chains offer?

What a bunch of jerks.

I have sworn off Chili's, Applebee's, and a few other chain restaurants. The food is horrible. I have had hungry man TV dinners that had better quality.

I dined at OG a few weeks ago and that place is going the same way as the other. Food was mediocre.

BWW happy hour draft beer specials are great.

I enjoy going there on Tuesdays and Thursday for the wing specials. Otherwise I agree, their food is really overpriced.

i'd rather go to ghetto-arse wing stop than BWW. BWW is truly a terrible establishment.

There are a lot of actually good restaurants that don't have $25+ entrees. Some are even iconic.

I rarely eat at chain restaurants and I think almost all of them suck. But Olive Garden soup, salad and bread sticks for $6.99 is one of my few exceptions. Add water, tax and tip and I'm bailing for $11.

Do millennials like to cook or just prefer to eat (takeout) at home?

As for the restaurants listed here, they suck regardless of how old you are.

I'm sure it has nothing to do with their food being complete shite.

These restaurant owners making up every excuse in the world except for this obvious one makes it so laughable to me.

they did fine for decades, but now they're not. it's not the food that changed.
