It was a combination of ignorance to what happens when you get fired for sexual harassment and anger because I didn't pick up a shift from her. I am so damn lucky the female boss saw the entire interaction and told the chick to shut up and get back to work after ripping up the complaint.
A month later the girl complained to a mutual friend that we didn't talk anymore, and she was flabbergasted when the mutual friend said why would he, you could have ruined his life.

I'm a Millennial and I have children *gasp*. Your old man's generation bitched and moaned about your generation and your grandfather probably bitched about your father's generation. One thing is factually true though, unlike your regurgitated generalizations, we are the most educated generation and we see past your bullshite.

Yea, early Millennials probably overlap a bit with Gen-Xers. I was born in 85 and grew up around gen-xers and there really isn't a massive difference between us. I do feel out of touch with younger Millennials that have always had the constant connectivity of the internet but maybe that's just part of not being in my 18-20s anymore lol.
