Ah yes, my favorite thing is getting financial advice from people who've had massive windfalls of money come into their life.

Step 1 of pulling yourself up by your bootstraps: be given massive amount of money from someone else

This will be surprising to you but I also make very good money. Doctors aren’t dumb they won’t wanna be a sugar parent forever.

I also think I grew up much poorer than you so it’s pretty relevant

Thanks for the real talk, this makes sense for a lot of people now days sadly. Growing up poor and not having parent support these days is almost a death sentence

If this is a troll where you’re pretending to be a smug liberal tech worker that wants to buy a 2020s miata on a board of baws it’s pretty clever

If you’re being honest go back to Reddit

My FIL made $30K in 1984 but still complains about the 17% interest rate on the house he built for $38K.

seems like the definition for millennial is a little fluid. What are we considering a millennial?

I was born in 82 and always thought I was a GenXer

Nope waited. Saved a lot of money on property taxes and utilities. I eventually moved but only when I knew I could afford it.

Idk how y'all do it. I would off myself if I had to share a space with someone I didn't love. Would rather be single than stuck with a girl. I really like my current girlfriend but even then, unsure if I want to live with her. One bad relationship years ago absolutely fricked me up.
