I read this and put the vax debate aside and say Kudos, Judge. It's about time a woman who thinks to coparent is all contingent on her final decision and no one else's.

What about the vaccines for Polio? Measles? Mumps? Rubella?
Has she contracted any of those?
I'm guessing she at least got a Polio vaccine. The judge should ask her if she suffered from Polio (I'd put good money down that she didn't)? Then tell her that she can either claim that the vaccines work - she didn't get polio - or that they cause autism, in which case she's not competent enough to make that decision for her child.
