You do realize they do a lot more then abortions. No federal funds are allowed to go towards abortion procedures under the Hyde Amendment.

Colorado has been providing birth control (IUDs) to low income residents. Unintended pregnancies dropped about 40%, and abortions also dropped 42%. The state also saved millions in health care costs.
If someone is a fiscal conservative who is pro life, this is a program they should be in favor of implementing nationally.
