I don't have that big of a problem with this. The soap you buy at Walmart isnt great for your skin.

I once went two weeks without a shower during July in southern Georgia.
I survived quite fine. And I also about puked when we walked back in to our barracks and smelled myself and everyone around me.
Had a bit of cellulitis too. That was fun.

A. Germs are good.
B. I'm sure they still shower.
Most women don't wash their hair every day because it isn't good for it. Skin is the same thing. Washes away the good natural oils.
Again, I still do it. Just saying, this isn't some quack science they're preaching.

And I guarantee Mila Kunis has a face routine with an array of products every night.

did a week of training in the mountains at camp pendleton around may\june 1 year.
after that 10 mile hike back, i got to my barracks door and my roommate (who hadn't been in the field with us that week) said please get that off outside.
i swear, when i got down to my skivvy's, it sounded like someone was unwrapping a craft single. i showered. downed a beer, and showered again.
