Probably. Used to like playing the "Bob" drinking game when The Bob Newhart Show used to come on Nick at Night.

Watched the entire Newhart series on Youtube a few years ago. Once they added Peter Scolari and Julia Duffy to the cast (and expanded the roles of Larry, Daryl, and Daryl), that show could hold it's own with any sitcom.

Loved the episodes that were set at the tv station.

You're right. It made it for 33 episodes.

Still... not exactly his best work.

The ones that have been colorized have Little Joe wearing a green jacket and a pinkish pair of pants.

That's what he wore in pretty much ALL of them. That way, they could save money by reusing shots in different episodes.

I only read the first 2 posts.

Agree with the Landon opinion. Total legend.

Ted Danson sucks.

No, star, producer and writer. Awesome combination.

For a star, I'd have to go with James Garner. His role in Maverick and Rockford Files were great. Great stuff.

Looks like Blossom has yet another show despite being the least attractive person in TV history.

No it was the bosses nephew that took Henry Winklers day shift which made him move to Night Shift where he met Billy Blaze.

But good call. I love that movie.

And there was a made for TV movie about Micheal Landon bed wetting when he was a kid. Maybe an After School Special?

Found it. The loneliest runner

The last episode of Newhart was fantastic where it flashed back to the bedroom on The Bob Newhart Show where he woke up with his wife from the first show. He says he had a dream where he was an inn keeper in Vermont

A couple of years later there was an anniversary show for the Bob Newhart Show. It showed a clip from an old episode where he was afraid of elevators because the doors opened one time and he stepped out on top of the elevator hanging onto the cables. At the end of the show, he decides to try an elevator for the first time in years. When the doors open, inside working on the elevator are Larry, Daryl, and Daryl. Pure genius
