I’d imagine someone or many someones are getting paid off to look the other way at the PD. Anyone managing these types of strip clubs are two steps away from getting a human trafficking charge at any moment.

I imagine they "cash out" the $1s and all that for $100s before they leave the club after their shift kinda like a casino

What does it matter? The average American makes $1 million over the course of a career. She's hitting that number every two years.
