I did the research. You speaking from what you think or been told. Also the disciplinary problems are much worse at the "Black" Fayette schools vs the others. Black democrats are cursed ... everything they touch goes to hell. Again not every Black student in Fayette is a problem but THE CULTURE is a huge problem and most Blacks subscribe to that culture

I just hung out with tons of black people at the GA Tech game and Atlanta blacks are conservative.

Friends had to pull their kids out of both and put them in Trinity. They were both very good schools at one point. No more.

So many people believe the lie that Atlanta has a thriving and legit Black middle class and that they are very different than the ghetto ones. So easily fooled. It's not much difference usually. Same mentality, one just can acquire more debt to pretend to be comfortably middle class. But once again they share the same bad moral and value system. It's the culture ... money can't fix that.
I'm Black and if I had a kid. That kid would be in McIntosh's cluster not SCHS or FCHS. And the only reason SCHS and FCHS are not a complete failure YET are the non-Blacks and immigrant Blacks at those schools ... they carry the schools academically.
Only a very small percentage of Blacks are legit middle class and share a value system similar to their their White counterparts. It's never been a lot. Trust me, I know. I'm one of them ... I don't meet many Blacks like me. And if Atlanta have a thriving Black middle class, how come Grant Park, O4W, and the other nice Eastside and even Westside neighborhoods are so White or turning White?? Most Blacks can't afford it maybe??

Dominicans are already starting to take over the hair salon business. You barely see any black owned barber shops/hair salons in Fulton County anymore. While most Dominicans are black, they're a lot different than African Americans.

Black Americans are NOT primed for success in Atlanta. Atlanta is becoming more of a desirable global city, and less of just a big city in the South. Wait until after the FIFA World Cup ... it's gonna become even more popular and competitive. And they did it to themselves. Atlanta is gonna show the world how Black American cultural values are the WORST. Every other race is about to lap Black Americans 5 times before they make one lap .... Black culture sucks and is rotten ... proof is in the pudding.

I am seriously curious about this. Does it get better when Latinos take over? I know in general, they have more values when it comes to family. And a stronger work ethic..
And I am not saying that applies to all black people, its just.. on average.

Yes it does get better. It's not as good as when White or Asian conservatives take over but it's definitely improvement from being predominately Black. I seen it with my own eyes.
