With the massive decline in tax revenue, I fully expect these "nuisance taxes" to dramatically increase. More hidden speed cameras, lower speed thresholds, meter maids, DUI checkpoints, etc.

Get used to it. They are trying to raise revenue to offset the reduced sales tax collections. Those vans are going to be all over.
