How the frick do you take this POS apart, the one with the posts that slide and a button in the middle.

Time makes them sticky. Take a hammer and tap it in the direction it needs to slide. Tap increasingly harder until it breaks free.

Use the right size spanner socket with an angle bar.

They can slide too far to where they don’t line up with the holes. Come back a little.
