Too bad, Muslims. You don't get any stem cell therapy since menstruation is unclean.

So if you get your red wings you can repair damage to your penis?

Maybe that's why my penis is so strong because I never let a little blood stop me

Will do. It'll take weeks to review.

Ok. I'm impressed with the results post 3 weeks. It did take a few days for it to start the feel of healing, but I'm sold.

Prior to injection I was experiencing pain, post meniscus removal 12 yrs back. Inflammation and joint pain that radiated to the ankle when I walked.

1 PRP injection
3 weeks no inflammation, no pain med or nsaid.

I recommend.

I had it in both knees. No discernible change, unfortunately. It works for some, though.

What physical issues do/did you face? Any surgeries? Tears?

assuming a credible study, I wonder how they find out stuff like this? Do they just start injecting random shite into old people's knees to see what works?

I mean if someone came at me with a vial of their menstrual blood, I'd probably dip and say I was fine

I’ll have to dig up the video on the billionaire Dracula that is convinced the menstrual blood of sub-Saharan African teenagers is the key to eternal life.

Yeah, all of the standard stuff - ACL surgery on both knees and a couple of meniscus repairs. The Doc says I’m not quite bone-on-bone but the meniscus is getting perilously thin.

I can jog some if I ramp up very gradually. I’ve gotten up to two miles at a slow pace (8 1/2 minute mile). Apparently I couldn’t run before because I was “not conditioning my cartilage” enough.

I work out my legs almost every day to lend as much muscular support as possible. I try to stretch regularly, but as disciplined as I am about everything else, I just cannot make myself do it consistently.

As much as my knee hurts lately, I’d drink her period blood from the source

Running on thin huh? The pounding may contribute. I did give up running, which may be considerate. It's in the last 6 months when my knee started fighting me. I bike, elliptical, lift, but it was a battle with the inflammation. Doc was steering towards replacement, to which it sought alternate. He obliged. They weren't doing this 12 yrs ago when I asked then. Money must be better.

Next question is can i inject some foreign woman's flow into my bod. I mean that can't work.

Does it work? Who knows. Kinda cool if it did though. It's really not any more gross than a transfusion if you think about it.

it was a battle with the inflammation.

This was my situation at 63 years old. I gave up running completely, then a conversation with my nephew (a doctor) made me change course.

He told me that cartilage has to be conditioned similar to the way muscles are. He suggested the following course of action, which so far has worked:

He said to jog, at a VERY slow pace, 100 yards, then walk 100. Assuming no swelling, give it a couple of days off then do it again. Gradually increase the number of iterations, but always keeping it very slow. Then increase the distance a little at a time.

I did this for about 16 weeks. The farthest I had done was 3/4 of a mile. I had no swelling issues. Then I did 1 2/3 mile. No trouble. I gave it two more weeks of max 3/4 mile, always with at least two days rest, then I did a two mile run. It’s been about a week since then and no swelling.

You said that you lift a good bit. Do you regularly do leg work? I had a good foundation of squats on a Smith machine (I know), leg presses, Bulgarian lunges, glute thrusts, and pistol squats. If you are not doing some similar work, with light weights, then you should do so before commencing with my nephew’s running regimen.

If you suffer swelling from the first 100 yard jog then you might be out of luck.
