Red, but i would probably go with white shirt under charcoal, unless it was a lighter blue. Wouldnt do a dark blue under charcoal.

Soft gold pattern if shirt is solid.

Red may actually work nice depending on shade of blue shirt

Or a different shade of blue with a nice pattern would look good too

depends on the exact colors and occasion, but patterned yellows, oranges, reds, pinks would probably all work...just go with what looks good to your eye. When it comes to how you look in a suit even more important than the tie you select is that you believe that you look like a badass in the tie you select.

I don't understand why anyone would ever wear a dark dress shirt. They look terrible.

that's a lot of color bro

don't add a third distinctive different color

make the tie of the charcoal 1st and last the same blue as shirt

Some shade of red or blue. Those 2 colors are classic and go with everything. That's why every politician wears red or blue.
