I’ve walkes 12-13 miles a day for consecutive days before but dont regularly work out.

With two girls I finally realized my fat arse needs to get healthy for them so I went to a dietician and planned out a weight loss program.

1200 calories per day started last week. It’s been hell but it will be worth it when I hit my goal of losing 150 lbs. I’m being monitored for a month then they will incorporate exercise.

I think you're probably trolling, but if not your dietician sounds like an idiot

Do you constantly feel like shite every day?

I think a lot of us go to the gym b/c if we dont we will feel like shite or simply not feel as good. If I dont workout out at least few times a week I feel lethargic, dont sleep right, and get this overwhelming desire to get fricked up. I'm jealous of guys that dont regularly exercise and can stay looking good and feeling good.

Why is your ego so poor you need everyone around you to be like you?

People can do what they want. I work out a few days a week but why would I give a shite if others do?

Just read through this thread. Kind of sad how some of more likely more unhealthy people ITT are talking down to those who are trying to better themselves.

It takes discipline to exercise regularly, especially working full time or when you have kids and other obligations. It’s a shame how fat the state of LA is, and this thread is indicative of just that.

Do better, ya slobs. Grab a salad and go for a frickin jog.

Even if you're at a perfectly healthy weight, moderate exercise can only improve your health and life. It has benefits for longevity, heart health, mental health/well-being, and a myriad of other benefits.

It can be as simple as a brisk 30 minute walk daily.

Unless you're 130lbs, your dietician is a moron.

I don't exercise, ever. Thank God I have been blessed with great metabolism and a decent build because honestly I should be on My 600-Pound Life. I'm 6'3'/235 and slender, but I'm actually about to switch to a keto diet and try to get back under 200.

I am always tired, I drink multiple energy drinks & take Hydroxycut Hardcore daily, and it still barely keeps me awake.

I'm just too lazy to do anything, with the exception of playing 1-on-1 basketball with my son, which is maybe 15 minutes a couple times a week. I don't even cut my own grass.
