Men who have never once exercised as an adult

Who here fits this category? I don’t find it odd that not every man is on some sort of routine training regimen. I do however find it odd when a grown man never does or has done any form of exercise...ever. Never lifting weights, resistance training, running/jogging.... I feel like I work with a lot of men like this and as someone who stays fit it just really boggles my mind.
Why is this? What keeps you from this? Do you constantly feel like shite every day?

Exercise comes in many forms. I know adult men who never run or go to the gym, but walk 18 holes of golf carrying a bag multiple times a week and they are in good shape. Exercise is simply doing an activity that raises your heart rate and makes you sweat.

I'm not a gym guy but I play sand volleyball 3 nights a week. Does that count?

Not once. I do real shite like ride a bike, climb my campus boards, punch a heavy bag, paddle board, mow the grass, fix shite...I’m not just going to exercise fir the frick of it. I’m not fat at all though.

I HATE gyms, but I exercise. Ride a bike, play tennis, walk the dog, etc. Nothing too extreme, and I don't really do any with any set regimen.
I'm 47. 6'4", 205 pounds and in fairly good health, fwiw.
