If there is a supposed parent involved. They need to answer to these charges. After charge #2 I would be crippled and able to eat only broth through a straw.

Parents screwed up first.

back in the day you would always here the old heads talking about it's the teenagers that you worry about. If someone made it ti say 25yo then usually they had a little more reasoning.


I had about a 15yo pull a .45 put a gun to my head over a $5 bill. Most scared I've ever been because I knew he had zero cognitive ability to think things through.
