Medics of the OT need help

I have a mass / lump under skin near ear thought it was zit. Got worse yesterday so went to urgent care got antibiotics. Ear nose snt throat referral Monday.
Woke up this morning lump a little better but one eye swollen.
.am I about to get brain tumor? Do I have to go to hospital for drip antibiotics?

I would suspect that lump got aggravated by everyone poking on it. Just enjoy today and keep your ENT appointment tomorrow.

This is in no way enough detail. Is the mass near the ear smaller or is that side of your face swollen making it not protrude as much. "Eye swollen" means eye puffy, eye swollen partially closed, eye swollen closed? Pain? Pain upon palpation? Is the swollen area soft or hard?
If the eye is involved and it's worse than yesterday, I would probably go to ER. But they probably won't do shite since you are going to ENT tomorrow.
