Hard to tell. I think the makeup she has caked on is probably making it look somewhat unreal.

MD

I have probably scrubbed and cleaned and repaired 300 bloody faces from various injuries during my time

That blood is fake beyond all measure

Dried blood has heft to it. It flakes and cracks. It is raised. It is much darker than this as well.

It does not look like thin watercolor red like that.

Also her hair would be matted with blood too.

Doesn’t look like a pureblood to me. Prolly vaxed and boosted.

When I saw that the very first thing I thought was “that’s not real blood on her face”.

If it’s real blood, she’s on blood thinners.

Weird that the blood dried on and around her necklace and the necklace never moved.

Weird position for it to be in and remain the only part of the necklace with any blood

Well if you’re going to try and cut the police force, maybe arm yourself? If not, don’t come crying when you get beat up. Be thankful you weren’t killed.

Fake.

First thing you would do is stop the bleeding and clean yourself up….not take a selfie while you’re still bleeding.

I think the whole woman is fake. It looks like an AI created woman. Let's see her hands. The AI hands never lie.

"She really is spare parts, bud."

Immediate thought when I saw this earlier is that it's fake. Blood is obviously very thick.

But...It is possible that someone tried to clean the area on her head with a wet towel and water mixed in with some of it. It would explain the random spots on her face that don't make a direct line to the wound.

I agree it looks fake, but in todays society many people’s first reaction would be to take a selfie.

Without commenting on the blood being thick or thin…I don’t see any laceration much less a deep laceration to the head. If the lac is in the hairline, it bleeds a lot and her hair would be full of blood and matted, like others of said.

There is very little swelling to the head/face, which would only happen if it’s right after the incident, which it is not.

Her makeup is too perfect, her lipstick is not either messed up or covered in blood. Neither Her shirt nor necklace are covered in blood despite the “bloodline” going all the way to the chest. There should be blood everywhere, so she must have changed and primped before going to the hospital.

It should be very easy to produce an X-ray showing a fractured femur, and those don’t break easy. If she does indeed have a femur fracture, she’s not changing clothes/jewelry and primping before going to the ER. She would be in a lot of pain. And the amount of pain she would have also makes me question this picture, as she would not be calm, or looking like anywhere close to a normal person.

40 years working with blood. It’s possible she is anemic. Anemic blood flows differently than normal blood. Eyebrow is matted. Other than that, I can’t tell.
