Yea I’m trying to figure out what’s groundbreaking here. Of cop didn’t hold his knee on that dudes neck he’d still be alive

But would he? A heart attack and fentanyl is not a good combination

Independent? Who paid for it?

Guy should do time either way but I will definitely laugh my arse off if he walks after all this bullshite. I admit it would be bittersweet.

Even if they got 10000 doctors from all over the country of every type of background to say in their professional opinion the fentanyl killed him and caused him to stop breathing, the riots/reactions/protests we would see from that would be ridiculous. I can't even imagine what would happen.

I mean, he played a major role in George Floyd’s death. The motherfricker deserves to have the charges he’s got brought on him.

And he needs to be convicted because if you think the riots are bad now, just wait for it if he gets off.

Floyd’s family got someone to do the “independent “ autopsy.

The knee to the neck had nothing to do with his loss of breath huh?

What the medical examiner failed to reveal is that the fentanyl and /or any other illegal substances found in Floyd’s body were given to him by the man. The same man that puts a liquor store on every street corner in the hood. The same man than forces blacks to only afford low nutrition, high sugary substances .

what nonsense. A bunch of thugs rioting is no reason to convict someone

Oh, that's a great reason to convict someone. Why not just have a lynching?

That's not the point of the post. What I'm saying is even if you had every doctor in the country say it was the Fentanyl, the response would be incredible.

I don't think the knee to the neck didn't kill him. I'm just making the point that the public would explode if this cop got found not guilty for any reason.

I am glad our system requires actual evidence, and protects all citizens from mob mentality.

I wouldn’t have said that if I didn’t see the video of him clearly fricking killing that guy.

He'll be convicted based on the evidence.

The melt when it is used at trial to get a Manslaughter or maybe even a Not Guilty is going to be epic.

With this information, it's likely going to be a manslaughter charge at best. Murder is way too iffy for the prosecutor to risk a not guilty verdict.

Anyone else see the Floyd family with Al Sharpton demanding capital murder charges and the death penalty for the officers? Minnesota abolished the death penalty in 1911. LOL at these dumbasses.
