Sammy Hagar's annual Birthday Bash in Cabo is scheduled for Oct 9. I know that's still 3 weeks away but a Cat 5 could do enough damage that could really impact that.

I always wonder about how many monstrous terrible storms occur out in the middle of the Pacific that nobody will ever know about.
Apparently they call those Fish Storms.

Why do they never hit California? Honestly asking? Has one ever? I can’t remember ever hearing about it?

I believe that Pacific water is extremely cold or chill up and down the California coast but hot as balls down towards and past Mexico.
I think most hurricanes peter out before they get even to San Diego.
