Me too Movement

Just saw an interview with Ashley Wagner a former figure skater . She claims she was sexually abused by the former male skater Coughlin who committed suicide a few months back.
The short version is they knew each other well, went to a party together she stay at the house with several members of the skating team after drinking. She went to bed, sometime later he crawled into bed with her. He was 21-22. he started kissing her on neck she said nothing, he started moving his hands over her body she said nothing. He started moving his hands more does not sound like to the wet spot she grabs his hands and says no. He stops and leaves the room.

Is that sexual assault ??

I did it once in college and it worked out. If she would have said no I would have done the same thing Coughlin did and leave.
