Not being invited and creeping into someone's bed aren't the same thing either.
Jesus man, she already said she was awake and too "scared" to say anything. Shouldn't she have told him to get out the bed the minute he tried to get in? There are plenty of sexual assault true victims to stand up for but this one doesn't seem to be one of them based on what we know happened. If she was truly asleep, she would have no recollection of the assault she's claiming. Nobody can dispute that. The accused is dead, could be a ploy to try and get money from his estate. Either way, she should've said NO earlier because once she finally did, he left

Why do you keep dwelling on this?
You must be having flashbacks

What I’m saying is she never said she didn’t invite him into the room or even if she didn’t she let him kiss and rub on her until she decided he went to far.
If she didn’t want him in the bed she should have kicked him in the nuts as soon as he started kissing and rubbing her.

How have adults not mastered this yet?

Not if I told them to stop and they obliged

Hope you never get falsely accused of anything and just assume you're guilty just because you're a man without taking into account your side and the entire circumstance and are judged based solely on Webster's definition of a word.

So you would be cool with everything that happened until you said STOP? Get a good lawyer.

And I hope the same for everybody.
We were asked a question based on certain reported facts. I'm not arguing what really happened. I am simply responding based on the reported information. According to that...it is indecent assault.

That’s how it works in my house. Even after we are banging it starts all over again with the back door.
