You completely made that up. There is zero evidence that suggest this. In fact, the opposite could be said. Anyone who gets out of their car at an intersection is pissed off, and looking for a reaction.

If lying to the media was a crime we wouldn't have a single politician not locked up in this country. Lying to the media is not a crime, nor should it be. 1st amendment and all that...

Is the Audi even in a lane?
I looked at it again he isn't in a lane, he is past the turn veer and the other car is in the right lane.

The Audi driver would be the aggressor judging from the position of the cars.
That's what it looks like.

Did I ever state it was anything other than a belief? In hindsight, I don't believe this guy had anything to fear about his life, but that isn't the way the law works. At this point the shooting seems justified. It can also be tragic even if it is justified.

Point is, regardless of who you are, if you get out of your vehicle during a road rage incident at a stop and approach the other car - all bets are off.
I remember when this video came out. Everyone was calling the guy filming a bitch because he didn't react

Call me a pussy all you want, but I always carry and if I feel like it's me or you, I won't hesitate. Times have changed.

I wouldn't bet on it. While this looked bad for him at first, it does appear McKnight may have pursued him and been the aggressor.

lol slackster is cornered in this thread much like gasser was yesterday and he has no way of defending how much of a libtard he has been all day. Meanwhile I've been pretty dead on from the early pages in this thread. Slackster, just say mercy, and ask for forgiveness and I will bestow it upon you and you can stop embarrassing yourself in here. Joe wasn't a pos of a human being but yesterday for whatever reason he was and gasser defended himself and now we have a dead man and a man who won't be found guilty of murder. It pains me to have ruined your Friday night, but perhaps you should stop being such a bleeding heart liberal and defending all nonsense blindly. Any person with a brain could have surmised that 54 year old skinny men with no serious convictions do not go around trying to pick fights with young black males with an end goal of executing them in broad daylight on a heavily trafficked street.

Again, "I believe" is just your opinion. It is not factual. Evidence indicates JM physically threatened another human, and paid the price. He made a dumb mistake. But the law isn't stupid. The shooter isn't to blame, he was protecting himself, which is his right. Stop sounding like a women.

This is nonsense. Assumptions on either side like this make these discussions just one bias arguing against another bias.

SO many pussies these days want to carry guns. If you fear for your life over road rage don't get involved in road rage.
Just like Zimmermans bitchass thought he was neighborhood security but coulnd't hold his own in a fight against a teenager.
Who's to say McKnight didn't instigate the rage and continue it on his own. Sorry if someone attacks you there's no way to know if their intention is to kick your arse or beat you till your dead or pull a gun or knife halfway through. If I'm in my car and someone comes after me through a window (assuming this happened) I'm shooting

Did you follow him as a youth and his career? He was very soft-spoken, reserved and a bit introverted. The dumbest thing he may have done that day is getting out of his car.
I admit I didn't follow him but I always had a different picture of him after the whole way he taunted LSU fans in the dome after his last HS game. That and add in some of the stories about him from USC and he seemed arrogant but I admit my perspective is probably skewed.

I dont to post photos, but if you look on the NOLA website they have a farthe back pic showing the towing of the audi - we wasn't in a lane, he pulled up into sort of a parking area.
Then if the shots were from in the other car, must have got out and walked around to that car.

Slackster is just a really "enlightened" liberal Stanford guy. Palo Alto is the epicenter of all

They do if they carry guns that give them a sense of bravado.
You want to see an example of pussies carrying guns and making siutations worse? Look at all the Cossacks at the Twin Peaks shooting. Bunch of fat middle aged guys who thought it was cool to dress like Sons of Anarchy all carrying pistols because they were afraid of a parking lot fight.
We don't have all the facts but I'd bet my life savings the incident yesterday was mutually aggressive. Gasser probably egged it on because he had a gun.
Also how's he fear for his life when McKnight isn't even on his side of the vehicle?

Yeah I've said as much, but being the aggressor doesn't mean you're looking to cause bodily harm. Once again, there is no way Gasser could have known that, so if McKnight put his hand into the car or what not, Gasser was justified. The law doesn't state you have to fear for your life if they enter your vehicle, but I'm sure Gasser was nervous when he got out.
If McKnight was looking to have words with him and leaned through the passenger window, Gasser can shoot him. That's the way the law is written.

No, look at your picture again.
The Audi was past the veer to turn right.
That's what I meant, I realize he's past the actual turn lane because he Passed it up, which is why I said he's got no intention of turning.

Man frick this. I was on page 8 of 26 in between breaks at work its now at 57 pages.

Your ignorance knows no boundaries.
What is your specific issue with anything I've said since the presser?
