The upgrades apply to the Big Mac and the McDouble burger as well as the classic cheeseburger, double cheeseburger and hamburger.

Good. Leave my Royale with Cheese alone.

I don’t think they’d do well in the south unless they can find locations where Whataburger and In N Out aren’t already doing business. Both of those stores are better at core meal items (esp Whataburger) even if Culver’s has better ice cream options and a cleaner dining room.

The one I go to is like two miles from a Whataburger and is packed all the time. And they're already expanding in the South. Three in the Nashville area, three in north Alabama, two in the Birmingham area. I think they're currently building more.

Instead of $9.79 for a combo, it will be 10.79 because of this "improvement"

This thread is a good read. The problem is after half of page one every single post is just some baw making the same joke, claim, or observation as the first 8 posts

Idiots. Everyone knows that the only corporate upgrade needed these days is to have Ronald McDonald put on a dress and a padded bra and start screaming about political issues.

Chris, we’re talking about the McDonald’s burgers, not your posting.

If this was 6th grade and we were on the playground this would have crushed.

McD has a tight handle on its logistics chains.

Making changes now means getting all the current stuff pushed through and replacing it with the new stuff once the old is depleted.

Depending on output contracts, etc, for ingredients, it takes a while to do a chain-wide switch like this.

I’ve always found that McDonald’s with white or hispanic workers are decent places with decent fast food.

Went to a Wendy's in AZ and my food was ready about 30 seconds after I ordered it. It was like some kind of magic.

Backyard Burgers has the best hamburger meat out of all of the fast good burger joints simply because you can tell it's real beef.

maybe they are different but the one in denham springs tasted like high school burgers. It closed bc it was gross not any other reason. No way you are telling me other backyards taste that much better than that crap

Yeah not really just McDonald's. Pretty much any fast food place in general. It's like a whole different world in Florida, Texas, or the SW US.

Yep.

Was also at a Freddy's in AZ and they had a malfunction with their computer system. The manager was going through the line handing out free meal cards and apologizing for the inconvenience. In reality it was just as long as waiting in line at McD's in LA.

my brother works in Tennesee for a large mcdonalds company. 60 stores. I asked him about the ice cream machine issue. He says its a favor they are doing you. Never eat the ice cream. The machines are not properly cleaned so the constantly break down.
