I can only imagine how many calories are in one of those.

About 350...thousand.

Of course Mingo has weighed in on a thread about food for fatties. We can all go about our day now.

Do they make a gluten-free version with egg whites and turkey sausage?

With a Diet Coke?

Probably something like that god-awful "sandwich" KFC did. You know, the one with fried chicken in place of the bread.

I unfortunately had to eat mcdonalds due to time constraints last week. I could barely keep my eyes open after eating it, it was like my body was just shutting down trying to digest it. I'm far from a healthy eater but I have no clue how people eat shite like that every day.

I’ll stick with hot boudin for breakfast.

I'm pretty sure plenty places already have 1k calorie sammiches.

And it's actually probably a bit less, because their calculations include two whole sandwiches (including the extra bread, and they use McGriddles which are probably the fattest type of bread they offer).

ETA: It's obviously still fat as shite though

I haven’t had to eat that badly in my lifetime.

I’d miss a meal or find something else before darkening their door.

Once a month I’d destroy one triple McMuffin as follows; muffin, bacon, cheese, double bacon, cheese, bacon, muffin. Then I’ll go back to my diet of nuts and berries.

Looks amazing. I absolutely love McDonald’s. Everything on their menu is so so good. I can’t wait to put a few of these and a few hash browns down for breakfast.

On days off, I usually eat a big breakfast and nothing for the rest of the day. I will order this.

Probably about 600-700 calories.

Add a soft drink and hash brown will probably be pushing 1200

Not interested in weighing 300lbs so I'll pass on eating that.

I don’t think I could eat more than one piece of McDonald’s sausage and not get sick.

I quit eating all fast food sausage for that very reason. It's gross.
