I don't know about South BR but the one at Florida and S Flannery has sucked for at least 6 years. I've never seen any other McD's where I am the only customer in line and a 6-piece McNugget at 5:30pm on a weekday takes 15 minutes. 
It's like someone just gave up demanding better service from their employees.

A breakfast burrito is about the only thing that I will eat from McDonalds. It would be nice to have some hot picante sauce to go with it. McDonalds in other parts of the country have it.

Staff shortage due to making more on unemployment. This lack of customer service isn’t isolated to just McDonald’s.

Nope. I ordered a cheeseburger. I didn’t add or subtract anything. Luckily I noticed before I left the parking lot. This isn’t the first time something stupid like this has happened. I just decided to post about it because I didn’t feel like doing a survey.

The family split several years back and so did the leadership. Those owned by John and his sons are much better than those owned by the other uncle

I stopped at one in Vicksburg, MS.
The manager was great running the show.
They brought the food to the table.
Very courteous.
Lobby was clean.
Food was decent for McDonalds food.
The shake machine worked.
I actually told the manager when he came by to ask how we were doing that he was miles ahead of McDonalds in Baton Rouge.

No not every McDonald’s. I recently went to the one in Estes Park CO and had friendly service from employees that looked like they actually gave a frick. I can’t put my finger on why it’s so different there though vs NOLA or BR.
