Ya, but they stay in the right lane. Polizei will ticket your arse faster than anything if you try to pull the left lane shite we see in this country.

They don't frick around there because at those speeds, some dipshit camping in the left lane will get people killed.

Camels can’t do more than 40 mph.

Keep in mind this is the max. I believe that stretch where it's 85 is only like 40 miles or so, and it's a toll road

Entire United States should be purple, and people who aren't passing and are slow in the left lane should be flogged.

This is a good point. And the same principle applies to the Midwest here. 70 MPH may be the max in certain areas, but I know from experience that 65 is the average limit in a couple of the states that are coded as 70.

The majority of the roads in Greenland/Iceland are terrible. You go faster than 45-50 and you die

Left lane camping gets people killed here, too.

There may be no greater person that needs to die, than a left lane camper. You frick up traffic for *hours* behind you.

Same in Germany. Not many places left where the Autobahn is unlimited. Most stretches are 130kmh max, getting even slower when you approach cities.

Nope. A good chunk of I-10 between El Paso and Midlands/Odessa is 85.

I've driven it twice.

Really? I've driven to Vegas and L.A. from BR multiple times, the last time being last August, taking I-10 basically the whole way and I never remember seeing an 85.

Just looked it up and it's 80, so I was wrong. Weird, I could swear to god I remember seeing 85mph signs on the drive and thinking it was fricking cool.
