Maui Jim.... Hands down best customer service.

I got a pair 15 years ago at $150. I have 2 other brands as well but my favorite is this Maui Jim pair. Frame broke and I've sent them back and asked to be repaired knowing it would cost me money. The replaced the frames free at no cost and said Merry Christmas. I sent back years later asking them to replace lens and knew the price in advance and willing to pay it. They said it's on the house. The nose guards fell off (prob due to old age) and they offer that as a free service. I'll probable never buy another brand of sunglasses ever again. The best customer service, they completely have me wrapped me around their finger. It's time for a new pair and I know what I'll be buying bc I know you can't beat that service. Before you holler you over paid, it's not so, it's a great pair of glasses.

I have about 5 pairs of Maui Jims and have only had to send 1 pair back and like you said they took care of it at no cost. Good brand of sunglasses.
