Had one and returned it. My brother still has his and hates it, actually they moved to the spare 'oom. The way they're set up with the air chambers causes getting freaky a planned event. We bought a 12" latex/memory foam from Amazon for around 500. Can't remember the manufacturer, but we love it.

I'm about to order a purple in King. Just trying to find the right bed to put it in. They have a no risk 100 day money back guarantee deal.

About to pull the trigger on a Leesa. Better reviews than the Casper and Tuft and Needle. But after this thread I will take a look at the Purple, even though it is $200 more.

Casper.

And I have had Restava, Leesa and Saatva mattresses.

Casper has the best product, along with customer service and a great trial period at no cost to you.

I had one. For about 30 days. Spent just under $10K for mattress and frame.

Don't do it. I returned it all for a refund. We had the "hospital" split like king mattress with motorized foundation. They didn't tell me the foundation was non-refundable. Luckily for me, they acknowledged that they didn't tell me either, because it was not checked off on my receipt. Otherwise, I could have potentially been stuck with a $4K foundation that I could not use or get 1/2 my money back on.

It's an air mattress and it sucks. Period. Don't believe Bobby Bones. It's garbage.

All you need to know here:

Sleep Like The Dead mattress reviews

I bought one from Bed In a Box a couple years ago. Better reviews than Tempur-Pedic and much less money.

All I've ever had are innerspring mattresses.

Do you use box springs with all these Casper, Purple, Memory Foam, BedInABox mattresses?

Serta iComfort is what I've been sleeping on the last 5 years. Wouldn't trade it for anything else.

My advice is to stay away from the retail mattress stores you see on every corner. The markup on serta, posturepedic ect is huge. Go to one of the online companies and pay closer to what the thing is actually worth.

Experience: I bought a $1,100 Serta queen and it has been a POS.

If you're in the Lafayette / Lake Charles area, see Chad at Bayou Beds. He's legit:

I bought a king size Lucid 10" memory foam mattress off of Wayfair for around $350...no complaints at all.

I'm interested in getting a new mattress as well, decided to look this one up. I'm on their website looking at the comments, the second one says this:

"Bought this for our daughter (along with a platform bed also from Wayfair) and she is very happy with it. In fact, every member of our family has had the opportunity to sleep on it"

We bought a king sized Leesa about two years ago. Initially were looking between Leesa, Tuft & Needle, and Casper. Picked Leesa because it seemed to be the firmness the wife preferred and I'm not a picky sleeper.

We both have loved it...very comfortable, not hot like I heard memory foam can be.

I was a bit hesitant ordering a bed we hadn't even laid down on, but the free trail sold us on it. No regrets at all and will order another when this one gets worn out.

I've been curious about the Purple. Most of the reviews on it are positive.
