Let me read this with my read between the lines glasses.
Reading between the lines, I gather Matt was into older men. He dated this older man that had HIV and didn’t know or didn’t tell him. When the medical bills started to get too high or the secret could no longer stay hidden. They got married so his Fox insurance would cover the husband’s treatments, but it was too late his husband passed it on to Matt, and it was too late for him too.
So today’s lesson is condoms, people, especially if you drive on the Hersey Highway.
