The car was driven by a lube tech after an oil change. What would you do if this occurred to your vehicle?
Sorry that first link caused issues with viewers. It didn't when I used it. . I've changed the link anyway.

The damaged car came from the final years of production. That makes an exact match harder to find today. The owner also faced a tough financial choice after the crash. Now, the case raises questions about dealer responsibility, insurance, vehicle value, and finding a suitable Hellcat replacement without taking on another heavy payment.

That article is terribly written. So bad I don't think even AI did it. It's as if Gary Chambers wrote it.

Hill says the dealership's initial proposed solution was to sell him another vehicle similar to his Challenger at MSRP. According to his Facebook post, the dealership presented the offer as a concession because it would not apply a $25,000 markup.
fricking $25k markup. No wonder car prices are so outrageous nowadays. Good Lord.

Rather than receiving what he considered an acceptable route back into an equivalent car, he says the dealership offered to sell him another vehicle at MSRP while waiving a $25,000 markup.
How generous of them to offer to sell him a new car at full MSRP

Used to be you would go to the news with a story like this.
Nowadays you’d probably want to go to the car YouTubers.
