The universe is constantly expanding outward so how could you possibly measure where things will be relative to their currently location. Every second it is changing.

Well, it will be 1/4 of a day off from where it currently is, hence leap years, but the fact of the matter is the solar system is traveling at 514,000 mph, and the galaxy on top of that is moving at 1.3 million miles per hour. So trick question: the Earth will never be at it's current location ever again.
