The answer would vary between point to point distance vs. traveled distance. Everything is an orbit, even the Milky Way is in an orbit with other galaxies in the local cluster.

To keep it simple, go with traveled.

Not here. The sun is in orbit around the center of the galaxy. And the galaxy is moving too. And space is expanding. And there is no such thing as an absolute position in space.

The OT puts in a lot of work to not answer the question.

Just pick a starting point and go from there. The video linked above gives you the answer. The Earth will be X from where it is now. You can use km, miles, AU, parsecs. Does not have to be precise.

If you're not into the chump change about trifling movement around the sun (or for that matter, any rotational movement within the galaxy), the galaxy itself moves roughly 17 1/2 billion KM per year.

That's got to be close enough for government work.
